This is where you can provide a brief introduction to you and your business. You can tell them about your "professional" self, what areas you service, etc.. It will show up in the "About" section of your Facebook Page. It's a good way to promote yourself to potential customers. There is a limit of 255 characters.

Always open is an option.

An example would be: Hello! Thank you for reaching out. I have received your message and will get back to you as soon as possible. I always respond within 24 hours. Have a great day!

This button will show up within your Cover Picture. The two options are "Contact You" and "Learn More".

This is where you can provide a longer introduction to you and your business than what you included in the description. You can tell them about your "professional" self, what areas you service, how you'd market their home, or support them as a Buyer's agent, etc.. It will show up on your Home Page. This is where you really promote yourself to potential customers! We will use your Agent Picture as your profile picture, but you can use a different picture here. If you want to add a picture to your Story, please just upload it below when requested to do so.

All other ‘General’ settings will remain at Facebook's defaults.
